• Pause Harsh Products:
  Discontinue retinoids, exfoliants, AHAs/BHAs, and acne medications 3–5 days prior to microneedling or PRP treatments.

• Avoid Blood Thinners:
  No aspirin, ibuprofen, or alcohol for 48 hours before injectable or PRP sessions (unless medically necessary).

• Skip Other Procedures:
  Avoid lasers, waxing, or peels in the treatment area for at least 1 week beforehand.
