These Purchase Terms ("Terms") govern the sale of products and services by UltraTrim Clinic. By making a purchase from us, you agree to these Terms, any applicable additional sales terms, and UltraTrim Clinic’s Terms and Conditions (which include an arbitration provision and a waiver of class-action claims). These Terms are considered Additional Terms under the Terms and Conditions.

 

Offers of Products and Services​

UltraTrim Clinic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. We may limit, prohibit, or cancel orders for products or services at our sole discretion. If an order is canceled or limited, we will attempt to notify you via the contact information you provided at the time of purchase.

 

UltraTrim Clinic may refuse or cancel orders, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your payment method has been charged. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order, and may implement these restrictions on accounts using the same payment method or billing/shipping address.

Receiving an order confirmation does not signify UltraTrim Clinic’s acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders after they are received. Additionally, we may fulfill orders with reduced quantities or require additional verification before confirming your purchase.

Prices and Payment

Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products or services at any time. If a product or service is listed with an incorrect price or description due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorize to use the selected payment method and authorize us to charge the total amount, including applicable taxes. If your payment cannot be verified, your order may be cancelled.

Our services are elective and non-insured. Payment is due prior to services being rendered. UltraTrim Clinic does not submit claims to insurance providers. Customers are solely responsible for any fees and taxes associated with their purchases.

Chargebacks

​

A chargeback is a reversal of a payment made using your payment method. If you dispute a charge without contacting us first, UltraTrim Clinic reserves the right to cancel pending orders and pursue remedies under applicable law. If you initiate a chargeback and it is deemed unnecessary, you may be held responsible for the amount of the chargeback, along with any associated fees. Please contact us immediately if you believe a charge was made in error.

Services

UltraTrim Clinic offers a variety of health and aesthetic services. Details about each service can be found on our website under FAQs. We require customers to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions to ensure optimal results. Non-compliance may result in additional treatments or charges, which will be the customer’s responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

​

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of any prepaid services associated with the booking.

Returns and Refunds

​

All sales are final. Treatments provided as complimentary with other purchases are non-refundable and have no monetary value. Should UltraTrim Clinic, at its sole discretion, decide to issue a refund, such refunds may only be issued as store credit. Unused or unrendered treatments cannot be transferred to another customer.

By purchasing services from UltraTrim Clinic, you acknowledge that treatments are provided for health and wellness purposes and may require medical assessments. You are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing medical conditions or medications that could affect your treatment.
